All rates are subject to an 9.5% occupancy tax, and 1% state lodging tax. Holiday rates are the same as rack rates. There is a two or three day minimum stay on holidays or as specified by the management. All rooms are non-smoking and non-pet. (Trained service animals are allowed.) Rates are based on single or double occupancy and may change without prior notice. Additional Persons per room will be charged $10 per guest (no charge for children under 12 years). Advance deposit is required to guarantee your reservation unless it is secured by a valid credit card number.
